Qualified Sports Therapist Angus Uwland has joined the team at Nick Hose Fitness and is now taking bookings to help locals improve or restore their function and performance.
Angus has an advanced diploma in sports therapy and uses a range of hands on and corrective exercises to aid people’s recovery from injury as well as general wear and tear.
Three weekly Metafit sessions and a new program for seniors are just some of the exciting changes to the group classes at Nick Hose Fitness in term one.
Nick said Metafit was introduced during the current summer holidays and there was enough demand to schedule three sessions in term one, which begins on January 30.
From this Friday, a range of muscle therapy services will be available by appointment at Nick Hose Fitness in Camperdown.
Azwun Body owner Judy Curtis will be taking weekly Friday appointments and will deliver her services from a private consulting room within Nick Hose Fitness.
